Desktop App is a personal application operated by its owner. It is not offered to the public and it is not a commercial service.
Only the operator's own Google account, and only after explicit consent:
The data is used only by the operator for mail triage, calendar, documents, and backups. It is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train models.
Copies stay on a server the operator controls. Data is not shared with third parties, except with Google as required to perform an action the operator requested. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions.
